通過(guò)將溫度轉(zhuǎn)換為電阻來(lái)工作,電阻降低為溫度升高(因此'負(fù)系數(shù)')。
典型電阻與溫度關(guān)系圖
從圖中可以看出,熱敏電阻的電阻下降得非常快。在典型的控制范圍(0°C至40°C)內(nèi),10K熱敏電阻具有良好的靈敏度溫度變化,這是大多數(shù)10K熱敏電阻的范圍通常使用。
10K熱敏電阻可用于更高的溫度,但是會(huì)變得更窮溫度穩(wěn)定性表現(xiàn)因?yàn)?/span>靈敏度較低。
